These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and outline the rights and obligations of both Euro Jet and its clients. By requesting or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Euro Jet provides the following services:
- Air Ambulance Services
- Medical Escort Services
- Search & Rescue Operations
- Medical Coordination and International Patient Transfer
All services are subject to prior medical evaluation and operational availability.
2. Medical Authorization
- Services are provided based on accurate and approved medical reports.
- Euro Jet reserves the right to refuse or postpone any case if transportation is deemed unsafe for the patient or the medical team.
3. Operational Limitations
All services are subject to factors including, but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Flight permits and governmental approvals
- Aircraft and airport availability
For Search & Rescue operations, response time may vary depending on geographical location and accessibility.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical information
- Submit all required documentation (passport, visa, medical reports, etc.)
- Comply with the instructions of the medical team
5. Payment Terms
Service costs are determined based on:
- Medical condition
- Distance
- Required equipment and level of care
Full payment must be made in advance or secured by a valid guarantee from an insurance provider.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation after booking confirmation may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Certain costs, including permits and aircraft preparation, are non-refundable.
7. Liability
- Euro Jet shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions or governmental authorities.
- While services are delivered according to the highest medical standards, medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Search & Rescue Clause
Search & Rescue services depend on:
- Availability of accurate location information
- Safety and security conditions
Missions may be suspended or terminated if they pose a risk to the rescue team.
9. Privacy
- All patient data is handled with strict confidentiality.
- Information is used solely for the purpose of service delivery and in compliance with applicable laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
11. Force Majeure
Euro Jet shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to force majeure events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or governmental actions.
Note: These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date of service booking. Euro Jet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients prior to service delivery. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
